Information of Shipping Shocks back for service.
- A completed Service Order Form must be included with your shocks.
- Our slow time of the year is the end of November and December.
- Use an extra heavy duty box that’s large enough to fit the shocks in.
- Don’t use packing peanuts. They make a mess and don’t protect the shock all in the box.
- If you have a shock leaking oil – Please wrap in plastic so it doesn’t leak all over the box.
- Please include your business card if you have one.
- We receive our UPS usually before noon and they pick up around 5pm. Speedy picks up and drops off around 1pm.
- We try to turn around repairs and rebuild in 1 to 2 days if you need it back faster (as in by the weekend), you need to call as soon as you know the shock is coming in to us and advise how you want it shipped back to you.
Repairs and Revalving – Non Adjustable
There will be a $10.00 per shock charge for cleaning exceptionally dirty shocks so they can be worked on.
- Replace bent or broken shaft and replace damaged body – $60.00 labor per shock plus parts.
- Revalve $73.50 per shock non adjustable.
Repairs and Revalving – Adjustable
- Replace bent or broken shaft and replace damaged body – $75.00 labor per shock plus parts.
- Revalve $160.00 per shock adjustable.
Repairs and Revalving – Base Valves Non Adjustable
- Replace bent or broken shaft and replace damaged body – $85.00 labor per shock plus parts.
- Revalve $98.50 per shock.
Repairs and Revalving – Base Valves Adjustable
- Replace bent or broken shaft and replace damaged body – $100.00 labor per shock plus parts.
- Revalve $185.00 per shock.
Shock Dyno Service
- Dyno Shock – $20.00 each.
- Adjustable Shock Dynoed – $20.00 each/$10.00 each adjustment.
- Chase Threads on shock body – $15.00 per shock.
